Together with our friends from London - Hackney Church Brew Co. - we brewed a stout inspired by old British traditions. Firm body and velvety texture, with a rich roasted malt character and an unexpected secret - natural blackcurrant berries. After entering the staut, the currants began to dictate the rules. Enriched it with a special burgundy shade, and its taste and aroma with an elegant, gentle acidity. It is said to impress even those who are normally staunch.
